Because we work with roasters from all across the country, depending on your order, you may recieve separate packages for one order. Also shipping times may vary due to the various locations of our roasters. So that you can recieve the absolute freshest coffee, shipping of your order may take up to 72 hours, however most orders should ship within 48 hours.

RETURNS
Due to the nature of the product we are unable to accept returns, however if you are unsatisfied with the quality of the coffee that you recieve please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. We want to ensure that your ordering with us is a pleasurable experience.
